Runner settings

These settings control eligibility at the MacBook’s next check. Enabled does not mean a check is currently running.

Enabled

When off, this MacBook will not pick up scheduled checks. This reflects configuration only, not whether a check is currently running.

Minimum battery percent

Eligible to run only when battery is strictly above this percent (10 to 95).

Poll interval

The device checks for updated settings on this interval (1 to 60 minutes). A saved change propagates on its next poll, not immediately.

Promptr daily maximum

Independent MacBook plan, currently 3,000/day. This is not a ceiling: any whole number saves, and 0 pauses Promptr on the MacBook.

CogniSpec daily maximum

Independent MacBook plan, currently 2,000/day. This is not a ceiling: any whole number saves, and 0 pauses CogniSpec on the MacBook.

Advisory: three concurrent checks averaging 18.5s put the whole fleet near 14,000 checks/day, shared with the iMac's own 5,000/day plan. Higher MacBook numbers save and schedule; work beyond what the fleet runs simply queues, and unstarted jobs expire after the six-hour window.

Only run while plugged in.

Require home network

Only run while on the configured home network.

Independent MacBook plan

The MacBook has its own scheduled maximum: 3,000 Promptr and 2,000 CogniSpec checks per day at present, additive to the iMac targets. This page can change or pause either MacBook target, upward as well as downward. It does not change the iMac plan. Each check is a genuine fresh-install QA check; shared registry pacing and the three-container fleet safety limit remain in effect.
